Delivery
We make your sign to order, rather than taking it off a shelf. That means a little time is needed to make, check and safely pack it before it leaves us.
When will my order be dispatched?
For most orders, we aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed and, where applicable, your proof has been approved.
Some products take a little longer. In particular, custom painted letters may require a few additional working days — this allows the paint to fully cure before we package the finished letters, helping to make sure they arrive in the condition they left us.
If your order requires additional time, we'll let you know.
Delivery after dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you tracking details where available.
Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service, so the 3–5 working day timeframe refers to making and dispatching your order, not the courier's transit time.
Need your order by a particular date?
If you have a deadline, please let us know before placing your order. We'll do our best to confirm whether we can meet it.
For larger, more complex or custom-painted orders, we'll give you a more specific timeframe where needed.
